Centrifugal Fan Impeller

As the "heart" of the fan, it consists of backward-curved blades, wheel disc and hub. It generates centrifugal force through high-speed rotation to realize gas pressurization and transportation. The impeller shown is welded, made of wear-resistant steel with rivet-reinforced structure, ensuring structural strength at high rotating speeds and adapting to high-temperature, dusty and corrosive working conditions. It directly determines the air pressure, air volume, efficiency and service life of the fan. Blade angle and material can be customized according to working conditions.

Inlet Air Damper

Also known as louver damper, it is installed at the fan inlet. By adjusting the opening of the blades, it controls the air intake volume to achieve working condition adaptation and energy-saving operation. It features a multi-blade linkage design, supporting manual or electric adjustment, with good sealing performance and high adjustment accuracy, suitable for various centrifugal fans. Function: Avoid long-term full-load operation of the fan, reduce energy consumption, and meet air volume requirements under different working conditions.

Fan Bearing Housing / Bearing Block

It is a key component that supports the fan main shaft and bears the load of the impeller. Built-in rolling bearings and a matching lubrication system ensure stable high-speed operation of the main shaft. The picture shows bearing housings of different specifications, suitable for fans with different power and rotating speeds. They adopt oil bath lubrication or thin oil lubrication, with good heat dissipation and long service life.
